Returns Policy

At CladJackel.com, we offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at contact@cladjackel.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
